Coast Guard participates in Tradewinds exercise:

The Coast Guard recently participated in the Tradewinds exercise in Barbados where they teamed up with 19 partner agencies to share best practices for providing humanitarian assistance, disaster relief and thwarting transnational crime.

2016 Report to Congress on sexual assault in the Coast Guard:

The Coast Guard’s 2016 Report to Congress on sexual assault is out. The number of restricted reports has dropped by 22.5 percent and the number of unrestricted reports has dropped by 15.4 percent. While the numbers may indicate a positive trend, ensure you know how to report an incident.
