Description

This is how I make my gumpaste roses when keeping them all edible. (I use Satin Ice, and it\'s best to use gumpaste, not fondant, when making flowers... fondant won\'t dry fast enough for you and will cause problems, generally.) If you want, you can use a styrofoam ball as the center instead of gumpaste to make them lighter and to be able to hang them upside down (on an inserted wire) while drying.
